Tungi (pronounced "Tuhn-jee") is the owner and head trainer at Fitness Edge MD. His background in semi-pro football and NFL Combine means his specialties lie in football drills, speed and agility training along with strength and body weight exercises. As a former Training Director at Bally Total Fitness and with over 12 years of hands-on training experience, he knows how to get you where you want to be!

A Miami native, Aaron moved to Maryland at 14 and got into fitness by playing high school football. He found out how to better himself on and off the field by working hard and taking charge. His interest in fitness led him to run track, wrestling and boxing. Aaron’s classes are high intensity in a fun and energetic atmosphere, with him cheering and pushing you to be better than when you walked in.

Val has been a fitness trainer since 2014 as well as a Brazilian jiu-jitsu brown belt, teaching it since 2013. She preaches self love and improving people’s mindsets for the better. Her classes are a mix of fun and death but is ultimately grateful for having 60 minutes with her students to help them achieve their goals.
