SCHEDULE

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the current Montgomery County mandate requiring masks to be worn during workouts, we are intending to do outdoor workouts exclusively. All outdoor workouts will be held outside the gym, and will have no limit to the number of attendees. If weather prohibits our outdoor workouts, we will move inside WITH MASKS and spacing/number limitations. We ask for the following when joining class, please:

  • If you are feeling unwell, STAY HOME! If you have been in contact with anyone who is sick, please do not come to class.
  • Bring your own mat.
  • Bring a mask, to be worn when collecting equipment in the gym, and inside if we need to bring the workout indoors.
  • Wipe down all equipment after use. Everything will be sanitized between classes, in addition to multiple professional steam cleaning/sterilizations throughout the week.

    We know how boring it can be to do the same drills and exercises, that's why every class is different at Fitness Edge MD. We customize our workouts daily, according to class size and each member's physicality. But we do make sure you have fun and get a great sweat session!
