His background in semi-pro football and NFL Combine means his specialties lie in football drills, speed and agility training, along with strength and body weight exercises. As a former Training Director at Bally Total Fitness, owner of Fitness Edge since 2014, and with over 20 years of hands-on training experience, he knows how to get you where you want to be!
